Blur Motion
For this assignment, Talie explored the capabilities and limitations of her camera while attempting to capture three different types of manual blurred action: regular blur, panning blur and experimental blur. Students were instructed to experiment with their camera ISO and shutter speed in both shutter priority and manual mode to observe the effects it had on their final images. By practicing the varying combinations, Talie learned more about how to capture successful blurred action images. Talie had challenges keeping her camera still at a shutter speed that would create the desired effect but is happy with her results. Her favorite image is the one of the volleyball in front of the flowers because it took her the longest to perfect and likes the outcome of the blurred flowers and crips ball.
